Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification is a plus.

• Excellent command of English (grammar, punctuation, spelling).

• Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute with high accuracy.

• Proficient with Microsoft Word or Google Docs.

• Familiarity with transcription software such as Express Scribe, Otter.ai, or similar.

• Ability to understand a variety of accents and dialects.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus for long periods.

Experience

• Prior transcription experience preferred but not mandatory.

• Freshers or career switchers with strong English and typing skills are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in legal, medical, or general transcription is an added advantage.
