Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support our operational excellence and ensure seamless day-to-day administrative functions. You will play a key role in maintaining office systems, managing records, coordinating meetings, and assisting with various organizational tasks that contribute to the overall productivity of the team. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office

  • Maintain proper filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy document retrieval

  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents

  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for senior staff

  • Ensure office supplies are maintained and replenished when necessary

  • Assist in implementing administrative systems, policies, and procedures

  • Support HR, finance, and other departments with data entry, reporting, and recordkeeping

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data protection compliance


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Familiarity with office management software and tools

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment


Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or office management

  • Prior experience in a corporate or fast-paced business setting preferred

  • Familiarity with document control systems and remote collaboration tools is a plus


Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday

  • 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Flexible/Hybrid options may be available)

  • Occasional overtime or weekend availability may be required based on project needs
