The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support our operational excellence and ensure seamless day-to-day administrative functions. You will play a key role in maintaining office systems, managing records, coordinating meetings, and assisting with various organizational tasks that contribute to the overall productivity of the team. Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office
Maintain proper filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy document retrieval
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for senior staff
Ensure office supplies are maintained and replenished when necessary
Assist in implementing administrative systems, policies, and procedures
Support HR, finance, and other departments with data entry, reporting, and recordkeeping
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure data protection compliance
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with office management software and tools
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or office management
Prior experience in a corporate or fast-paced business setting preferred
Familiarity with document control systems and remote collaboration tools is a plus
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Flexible/Hybrid options may be available)
Occasional overtime or weekend availability may be required based on project needs
Sound judgment and problem-solving skills

Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination
Time management and prioritization capabilities
