Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Scientist to join our growing remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from diverse sources.

• Develop predictive and statistical models to solve business problems.

• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Business Strategy.

• Visualize data insights and communicate results effectively through dashboards and reports.

• Conduct A/B testing and interpret results to guide product or marketing decisions.

• Identify new data sources and enhance existing data pipelines.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the analytical process.

• Stay current with the latest data science technologies, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Python or R, along with popular libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, NumPy, or TensorFlow.

• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data mining, and statistical techniques.

• Experience with SQL and working knowledge of data querying tools.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with a distributed team.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Data Science, Data Analyst, or Machine Learning role.

• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end data science projects.

• Experience in deploying models into production is a plus.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is desirable.

Working Hours

• Full-time position (Remote)

• Flexible working hours with core collaboration time between 10 AM – 4 PM (based on your local timezone)
