Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our company. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and efficient front-office experience. Your role will include managing reception duties, coordinating communications, and providing general administrative support. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department.

  • Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism and accuracy.

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scheduling appointments.

  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.

  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.

  • Assist with the coordination of meeting rooms and office supplies.

  • Provide support to other administrative staff and departments as needed.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.


Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer service role.

  • Experience working in a corporate or professional office environment is preferred.


Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday

  • 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

  • Occasional overtime may be required during special events or business needs.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of front desk operations and customer service etiquette.

  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
