MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to senior management, responsible for driving HR initiatives that align with the companys business goals. The HR Manager will play a critical role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring operational excellence across all HR activities.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention efforts.
Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in a fair and timely manner.
Design and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance and employee development.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and company policies.
Lead organizational development, training programs, and career development initiatives.
Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll activities in coordination with finance teams.
Maintain HR metrics and prepare reports for senior leadership to support decision-making.
Foster a positive workplace culture that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Manage and mentor the HR team to ensure professional growth and effective HR service delivery.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as an HR Manager or similar role in a medium to large organization.
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing a team.
Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications.
Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
At least 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management within corporate or multinational environments.
Experience handling complex employee relations issues and leading organizational change initiatives.
Exposure to talent management, employee engagement, and strategic HR planning.
Full-time position.
Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Flexibility required during peak periods or for urgent HR matters.
Deep understanding of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
Ability to design and implement HR policies and programs aligned with organizational goals.
Strong leadership qualities with a coaching and mentoring approach.
Excellent analytical skills for interpreting HR metrics and trends.
Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
