Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing campaigns, improve ROI, and contribute to strategic decision-making. This role involves analyzing online marketing data, identifying trends, and recommending actionable strategies to enhance our brand presence and customer engagement across digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.

  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and marketing automation platforms to gather and interpret data.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align data insights with business objectives.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and analytics.

  • Provide recommendations based on data to enhance targeting, messaging, and conversion rates.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in campaign management and reporting.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing analytics or a similar role.

  • Proficiency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

  • Experience with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.

  • Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.


Experience

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing analysis or digital marketing campaign management.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments is preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with campaign tracking, conversion optimization, and attribution modeling is a plus.


Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday.

  • Standard working hours with some flexibility based on project deadlines or campaigns.
