Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative and clerical tasks within our fast-paced financial sector. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.

  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.

  • Handle incoming calls and emails; direct to the appropriate team members.

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers.

  • Assist with data entry and the preparation of financial documents and reports.

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office space.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

  • Support finance team with light bookkeeping tasks and document verification.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree or administrative training is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Experience

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday

  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (One-hour lunch break)

  • Occasional weekend support may be required during peak financial periods.

  • Basic understanding of financial documentation and processes is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
