Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive / Online Bidder to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online bidding platforms, tenders, and proposals.

  • Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop winning bid strategies.

  • Prepare, write, and submit competitive bids and proposals within stipulated deadlines.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and finance to align bids with company capabilities.

  • Track and report on bid status, success rates, and pipeline developments to senior management.

  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions in alignment with company policies and client requirements.

  • Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to expand professional connections and stay updated with market changes.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, sales, or online bidding roles, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling proposals.

  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Proficiency in using online bidding platforms and tools.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business development or online bidding.

  • Experience in handling large-scale bids or contracts will be highly advantageous.

  • Background working with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and close deals.


Working Hours

  • Full-time role, Monday to Friday.

  • Standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • Flexibility to work extended hours during critical bid submission periods.

  • Remote or hybrid work options may be available based on performance and company policy.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Deep understanding of business development lifecycle and sales funnels.

  • Ability to interpret tender documents and contractual terms accurately.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
