Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency with customer support systems and standard office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM platforms).

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree is a plus.

  • Ability to type at least 35 WPM with high accuracy.


Experience

  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing roles.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.


Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts available (Morning, Afternoon, Evening, and Night).

  • Full-time and part-time opportunities.
