Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a virtual environment

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus)

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center environment (preferred)

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts available: Day and Evening options

• 5-day work week with 2 rotational days off

• Must be available to work on weekends or holidays as per team scheduling

• Ability to handle high call/chat volumes and work under pressure

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities

• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to process changes
