HR Service Jobs is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to support HR operations at a reputed educational institution. This role is designed for a candidate who can manage end-to-end HR processes in a school environment, ensuring compliance with academic HR policies while fostering a collaborative and efficient workplace culture. You will be the point of contact for faculty and staff-related HR concerns and will play a pivotal role in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
Handle the entire recruitment cycle including job posting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding teaching and non-teaching staff.
Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation complies with legal and school-specific standards.
Support performance evaluation processes and coordinate feedback cycles with school leadership.
Develop and implement HR policies tailored to the school environment.
Manage employee grievances and mediate conflict resolution.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and ensure proper payroll coordination.
Organize training and development sessions for staff as per academic and operational needs.
Ensure the school complies with labor laws and educational regulations.
Plan and support staff welfare activities to boost morale and retention.
Coordinate with external vendors and government bodies for statutory compliance and audits.
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Sound knowledge of HR principles, policies, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with school or educational institution settings is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in an educational or institutional setting being highly desirable.
Monday to Saturday
8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (subject to change depending on school calendar and events)
Deep understanding of recruitment and employee lifecycle within a school environment.
Knowledge of labor laws, teacher qualifications, and institutional compliance norms.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with integrity.
A calm, composed approach when dealing with students, teachers, and parents.
Strong ethical values and a passion for improving the school culture through people management.
