Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a dynamic and people-centric Assistant Manager/Manager - HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. This role serves as a critical link between business operations and human resources strategy. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support in areas such as talent management, employee engagement, performance development, workforce planning, and organizational development. You will serve as a trusted advisor and change agent, influencing decisions with data-driven insights and best HR practices.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business units to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Provide guidance on performance management processes, talent reviews, and succession planning.

  • Work closely with department heads on manpower planning and workforce optimization.

  • Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of people strategies.

  • Assist in organizational change initiatives, including restructures and cultural transformation projects.

  • Manage grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and conflict management with professionalism and compliance.

  • Support the implementation of L&D programs, leadership development, and internal mobility efforts.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

  • Act as a coach and advisor to managers on people-related matters.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.


  • Proven knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

  • Proficient in using HRIS systems and MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.


Experience

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HRBP or generalist role.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed, or multinational environment is advantageous.

  • Prior experience managing cross-functional HR projects or initiatives is a plus.


Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Occasional flexibility required to accommodate business needs or employee support.

  • Ability to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals.
