HR Service Jobs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Human Resources Site Operations to lead and manage the HR functions across multiple locations. This executive role is responsible for designing and implementing strategic HR site operations, aligning HR practices with business goals, and ensuring operational excellence in workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR leadership, site operations, and strategic business partnering.
Lead and oversee HR operations across all company sites, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with policies.
Serve as the primary HR business partner to senior site leaders, delivering insights and strategic guidance.
Develop and implement operational HR strategies including talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, retention, and performance management.
Drive HR process improvement and ensure consistency in execution across all locations.
Monitor and assess HR KPIs, ensuring optimization of processes to improve HR service delivery.
Act as the escalation point for complex HR issues and ensure timely resolution in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
Collaborate with COEs (Centers of Excellence) such as Talent Development, Total Rewards, DEI, and HRIS to deliver seamless support to employees and managers.
Lead change management efforts for site-specific initiatives or organizational changes.
Develop HR teams and foster a high-performance, people-first culture.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing HR site operations.
Proven experience overseeing HR for multi-location or large-scale operational environments.
Exceptional understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with a strategic mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 10 years in HR, with at least 5 years in HR site operations or multi-site HR leadership roles.
Industry experience in manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, or technology sectors is a strong advantage.
Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and employee engagement.
Full-Time: 40-45 hours per week
Flexibility required to accommodate operations across different time zones and occasional travel to sites as needed.
In-depth knowledge of HR operations, employment law, and site-level HR practices.
Strong leadership and people management abilities.
Ability to translate business strategy into HR operational plans.
High emotional intelligence and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, data analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
