MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remote Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic customer support team. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, responsible for managing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate information. This is a full-time, day shift position offering the flexibility and convenience of working from home.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account details.

  • Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints with empathy and patience.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate unresolved issues or technical problems.

  • Meet daily and monthly targets related to call volumes, customer satisfaction, and resolution times.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.

  • Basic computer proficiency, including experience with CRM software and MS Office.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

  • Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude when handling challenging situations.

  • Clear and pleasant telephone voice with active listening skills.


Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a related role.

  • Experience working in remote or virtual teams is an advantage.

  • Previous exposure to sales or customer service in a BPO or call center environment is highly desirable.


Working Hours

  • Full-time position with Day Shift hours (typically 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday).

  • Flexibility for occasional extended hours or weekend work based on business needs.
