Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets and sales goals set by the company.
Collaborate with the team to improve customer service and sales processes.
Maintain a polite, patient, and friendly tone at all times.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and preferably local languages.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate CRM software or similar tools.
