Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.

• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and sales goals set by the company.

• Collaborate with the team to improve customer service and sales processes.

• Maintain a polite, patient, and friendly tone at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and preferably local languages.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate CRM software or similar tools.

• Pleasant phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers effectively.

• Strong listening skills and the ability to respond empathetically.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.

Experience

• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.

• Freshers with good communication skills and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Part-time role with flexible working hours.
