🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers on a daily basis.

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

• Handle customer queries in a professional and efficient manner.

✅ Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Google Sheets).

• Ability to understand customer needs and pitch relevant services accordingly.

• High level of patience and ability to handle rejection professionally.

• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service is an advantage.

• Flexible Shifts: Morning / Afternoon / Evening options available.

• Minimum of 4-6 hours per day.
