Key Responsibilities

• Deliver top-quality hospitality services including food and beverage service, housekeeping, guest relations, and entertainment support.

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards are maintained across all guest areas.

• Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries and concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams onboard to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.

• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations onboard the ship.

• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance service skills and product knowledge.

• Assist in managing inventory and supplies related to hospitality services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality roles such as waiter/waitress, housekeeper, bartender, front desk staff, or guest services.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse international guests and crew.

• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.

• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.

• Relevant hospitality certifications or training will be advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in hospitality or customer service roles, preferably in hotels, restaurants, resorts, or cruise liners.

• Previous experience on cruise ships is an asset but not mandatory.

• Experience working with multicultural teams and international clientele is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time, rotational shifts depending on cruise itinerary.

• Availability to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays as required.

• Typical contracts range from 3 to 9 months onboard, followed by a contractual break.
