Progressive Technology is seeking a highly motivated and creative Online Marketing Associate to join our growing digital team. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the community to foster relationships.

• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO techniques for blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions.

• Track and analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics and SEO software.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

• Manage marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.

• Research competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.

• Create basic graphics or coordinate with designers to develop visual content.

• Assist with email marketing campaigns, blog writing, and link-building activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends.

• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and keyword strategy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficient in tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, and social scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or SEO (Internships and freelance experience also considered).

• Freshers with demonstrated interest or coursework in digital marketing are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours (Part-Time or Full-Time options available).

• Core collaboration hours: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST.

• Fully remote; work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

• Basic understanding of analytics and performance metrics.
