Front Office Staff:
Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures
Manage room reservations and handle inquiries via phone/email
Maintain guest records and ensure high service standards
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest needs
Kitchen Staff:
Assist in meal preparation, cooking, and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
Manage food inventory and support senior chefs in daily operations
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Other Roles (Housekeeping, Guest Services, etc.):
Maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public areas
Respond promptly to guest needs and service requests
Provide concierge-level support to enhance guest experiences
Monitor and replenish hotel supplies as required
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certifications preferred
Basic computer knowledge (for front office roles)
Good command of English; knowledge of a second language is a plus
Polite and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail and customer-first attitude
Entry-Level Roles: 0–1 year of experience; training will be provided
Experienced Roles: 2+ years of proven experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
Rotational Shifts / Day and Night Shifts
Weekends and public holiday availability may be required
Full-time (8 hours per day) or part-time (4–6 hours per shift) options available
Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Familiarity with POS systems or hotel management software (for front desk roles)
Commitment to hospitality standards and guest satisfaction
Basic culinary knowledge (for kitchen staff roles)
