Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner.

  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.

  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.

  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

  • Meet personal/team targets for customer satisfaction and performance metrics.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and web-based tools.

Experience

  • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply

  • Previous experience in a customer service or BPO environment is a plus but not mandatory.


Working Hours

  • Full-time role (5–6 days a week based on shift schedule)

  • Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays

  • Day and Night Shifts available (Shift flexibility is preferred)
