Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently and effectively.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies as per company standards.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets in terms of call quality, handling time, and customer satisfaction.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+2 (High School) or Graduate from a recognized institution.

  • Basic computer literacy and typing speed.

  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, or any regional language (multilingual is a plus).

  • Clear communication skills with a customer-first attitude.

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Previous experience in customer support, telecalling, or BPO/Call Center is an added advantage.


Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts available: Day, Night, and Rotational Shifts (including weekends and holidays).

  • Full-time (8 hours/day) and part-time opportunities available.

  • Remote work from anywhere in India.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (training will be provided).
