As a Call Center Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing top-tier support and solutions across diverse service areas. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently in both Hindi and English.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

  • Follow call scripts and company guidelines while maintaining personalized communication.

  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer handling techniques.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.

  • Clear and pleasant voice with good pronunciation and articulation.

  • Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multi-task effectively.

  • Positive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; graduation preferred.


Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Previous experience in call center or customer service roles is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Candidates with experience in BPO voice processes handling Hindi and English calls will be preferred.


Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts available including morning, evening, night, and rotational shifts.
