As a Call Center Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing top-tier support and solutions across diverse service areas. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently in both Hindi and English.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate information or solutions promptly.
Manage customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary to ensure resolution.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Follow call scripts and company guidelines while maintaining personalized communication.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery and processes.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer handling techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Clear and pleasant voice with good pronunciation and articulation.
Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multi-task effectively.
Positive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.
High school diploma or equivalent; graduation preferred.

Previous experience in call center or customer service roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
Candidates with experience in BPO voice processes handling Hindi and English calls will be preferred.
Flexible shifts available including morning, evening, night, and rotational shifts.
