Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all content is grammatically accurate, original, and aligns with our editorial guidelines and brand tone

• Incorporate feedback from editors and revise drafts as needed

• Use tools like Grammarly, Google Docs, SEMrush, or SurferSEO to optimize content performance

• Maintain consistency in style, quality, and voice across all content formats

• Meet project deadlines and manage multiple writing tasks efficiently

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent command of written English, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation

• Strong research abilities and attention to detail

• Familiarity with SEO content practices

• Proficiency in using content creation and editing tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Grammarly)

• Ability to adapt writing style for diverse topics and target audiences

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote setting

• A creative thinker with a passion for writing and digital storytelling

Experience

• Freelance Writers: Minimum 6 months of freelance writing or internship experience preferred

• Full-Time Writers: 1–3 years of professional content writing experience

• Portfolio or samples of previous work will be required during the application process

Working Hours

• Freelance Roles: Flexible hours, deadline-driven

• Full-Time Roles: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (adjustable based on time zone)

• Option to set your own schedule depending on the role type

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Sound knowledge of content marketing trends and online media

• Ability to conduct in-depth topic research and translate complex ideas into reader-friendly content

• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work effectively

• Familiarity with platforms like WordPress, Medium, or Notion is a plus
