MNC JOBS INFO is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate female candidates who are fluent in Kannada or Tamil to join our remote call support team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in Kannada or Tamil with professionalism and empathy.

  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments for prompt resolution.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and issue resolution.

  • Adhere to company policies and customer service standards.

  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and procedures.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Kannada or Tamil (spoken and written).

  • Good knowledge of English or Hindi for internal communication.

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with tools like MS Excel, email, and chat platforms.

  • Quiet and professional home working environment with good internet connectivity.


Experience:

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or call center roles.

  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

  • Previous work-from-home experience is a plus but not mandatory.


Working Hours:

  • Day Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

  • Sunday is fixed off.

  • Flexible scheduling may be offered for high performers.
