This role focuses on SEO optimization and managing social media strategies to boost our clients online presence and engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings

• Conduct keyword research, website audits, and competitive analysis to inform campaign direction

• Develop and manage engaging content calendars across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

• Track performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the success of campaigns

• Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and developers to ensure alignment in digital strategies

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates

• Manage paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations as needed

• Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely and professional manner

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console

• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and platform best practices

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Ability to create compelling and audience-appropriate digital content

• Familiar with basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)

• High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or social media management

• Freelancers with strong portfolios are also welcome to apply

• Experience with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Zoom) is a plus

Working Hours

• Flexible remote work environment

• Standard workweek of 35–40 hours for full-time roles

• Part-time opportunities available with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week

• Occasional virtual team meetings scheduled during Indonesia business hours
