Job Summary

The Elite Job is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Remote Dropshipping Support Staff member to join our growing eCommerce operations team. This role focuses primarily on managing dropshipping tasks, with a strong emphasis on integrating and optimizing processes with AliExpress. If you are passionate about eCommerce, have hands-on experience with dropshipping operations, and are confident in handling AliExpress product sourcing, this position is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day dropshipping operations, including order processing, tracking, and fulfillment.

• Source products efficiently from AliExpress and ensure timely order placements.

• Maintain accurate product data, pricing, and stock availability across platforms.

• Communicate with AliExpress suppliers to handle inquiries, disputes, and returns.

• Ensure product descriptions, titles, and images are optimized for listing accuracy.

• Monitor order tracking numbers and resolve shipment delays proactively.

• Work closely with the customer support team to address order-related issues.

• Utilize dropshipping tools such as Oberlo, DSers, or similar platforms for integration and automation.

• Regularly update reports on order volumes, supplier performance, and product availability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the dropshipping business model, especially with AliExpress.

• Hands-on experience with tools such as DSers, Oberlo, Zendrop, or other AliExpress plugins.

• Proficient in using eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, etc.).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Good knowledge of inventory and order management systems.

• Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.

• Tech-savvy, fast learner, and able to troubleshoot issues independently.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar dropshipping or eCommerce support role.

• Prior experience working with remote teams is a plus.

• Experience handling AliExpress integrations and managing vendor communications is essential.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with the ability to overlap with GMT+0 to GMT+6 time zones.

• Must be available for virtual team meetings and urgent order-related tasks, including weekends if needed during high-demand periods.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• In-depth knowledge of AliExpress logistics and supplier communication.

• Familiarity with global shipping terms (ePacket, Cainiao, etc.).

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

• Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and project management tools like Trello or Asana.
