Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Lesson Plan Assistant to support educational platforms by creating, organizing, and enhancing lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and engage diverse learners. Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to feedback and make revisions to lesson plans within given deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field preferred.

• Strong understanding of educational standards and curriculum frameworks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with educational software/tools.

• Ability to research and synthesize educational content effectively.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Comfortable working independently and remotely with minimal supervision.

• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) or content management platforms is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in lesson planning, curriculum assistance, educational content development, or a related role.

• Experience working remotely or in virtual teams is highly desirable.
