Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong backend development skills using Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, Java, or .NET.

• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket implementations.

• Solid understanding of databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase).

• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git and collaborative platforms like GitHub or GitLab.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full stack development or software engineering.

• Demonstrated experience delivering production-level web applications.

• Experience working in remote teams or distributed work environments preferred.

Working Hours

• Flexible work hours with a standard expectation of 40 hours per week.
