Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our growing team as a Remote Business Analyst – Entry Level. Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business needs and processes from various departments.

• Assist in developing business models, reports, and presentations to support decision-making.

• Work with stakeholders to identify challenges and recommend data-supported solutions.

• Collaborate with IT, marketing, finance, and operations teams to understand their objectives and workflows.

• Perform market and industry research to provide insights into trends, competition, and potential improvements.

• Support user acceptance testing and help ensure successful implementation of business solutions.

• Maintain clear communication channels across teams and escalate risks or issues as necessary.

• Help create training materials and provide documentation to support new process implementations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Basic understanding of business workflows, data visualization, and reporting tools.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience:

• No prior experience required.

• Internship or academic project experience in business analysis or related field is a plus.

• Training will be provided for all tools and methodologies used.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday

• Flexible schedule with core hours between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (your local time)

• 40 hours per week

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

• Ability to think critically and present ideas effectively.

• Comfortable working remotely and independently while collaborating in virtual teams.

• Foundational knowledge of data analytics, KPIs, and performance measurement.

• Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SQL is an advantage but not mandatory.
