Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify loan applications and supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.

• Coordinate with clients, banks, credit bureaus, and other relevant parties to obtain necessary information and approvals.

• Maintain detailed records of loan applications and track their progress through various stages of the approval process.

• Conduct preliminary credit analysis and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Communicate effectively with customers regarding loan status, additional requirements, and timelines.

• Prepare loan packages for submission to underwriting and management for final approval.

• Resolve discrepancies or issues related to loan documentation promptly.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including underwriting, credit, and compliance to facilitate seamless loan processing.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong understanding of loan processing, banking procedures, and credit policies.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and loan processing software.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in loan processing, banking operations, or financial services is preferred.
