Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Analyst to join our dynamic team remotely. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze inventory levels, sales trends, and order patterns to optimize stock availability and minimize excess inventory.

• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory planning and timely replenishment.

• Generate detailed reports and dashboards on inventory performance, including turnover rates, stock-outs, and aging stock.

• Conduct root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies and work on corrective actions.

• Support demand forecasting and assist in setting inventory targets based on historical data and market trends.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and ensure data integrity in inventory management systems.

• Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Stay updated with industry best practices and recommend process improvements to reduce costs and enhance service levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Inventory Analyst, Inventory Planner, or similar role, preferably in e-commerce or retail sectors.

• Strong proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing deadlines effectively.

Experience

• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in inventory management, supply chain analytics, or operations planning.

• Experience working remotely or in a virtual team setting is a plus.

• Familiarity with online retail and e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
