Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends, competitor merchandising, and industry best practices.

• Coordinate with graphic designers and photographers to ensure high-quality visuals and accurate product representations.

• Monitor and report on merchandising effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance online shopping experiences.

• Manage product categorization and tagging to improve searchability and customer navigation.

• Ensure consistency in product display standards and branding across all virtual storefronts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Visual Merchandising, or a related field preferred.

• Proven experience in virtual merchandising, e-commerce planning, or online product display roles.

• Strong proficiency with digital merchandising tools, CMS platforms, and analytics software.

• Excellent visual design sense with an ability to create engaging and persuasive product layouts.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to drive merchandising decisions.

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments effectively.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive and creative problem-solving approach.

Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in virtual merchandising, e-commerce product planning, or digital marketing roles.

• Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Amazon Seller Central, or similar is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time, flexible remote working hours.
