Job Summary:

Progressive Technology is seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior E-commerce Manager to oversee the daily operations of our digital storefront. This remote position is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of online sales platforms, digital marketing, and customer experience. You will be working closely with our marketing and logistics teams to ensure seamless product listings, promotional activities, order management, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing across various e-commerce platforms.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and fulfillment partners to ensure timely delivery.

• Track and analyze website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior to optimize conversion rates.

• Implement and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales.

• Respond to customer inquiries and reviews, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

• Collaborate with marketing to plan social media content, email campaigns, and advertising strategies.

• Generate weekly and monthly reports on e-commerce performance and suggest improvements.

• Stay updated on trends in digital commerce and competitor activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Mercado Livre).

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools including SEO, Google Analytics, and Facebook/Instagram Ads.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage time and multiple priorities in a remote environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Experience:

• 1+ year of experience in an e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail role.

• Prior experience working remotely is a plus.

• Internships or academic projects related to e-commerce will also be considered.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible Hours Available).

• Occasional availability during weekends for campaign launches or major sales events.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail.

• Familiarity with e-commerce trends and customer behavior analytics.

• Team player with proactive problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable using collaborative tools such as Slack, Trello, or Asana.

• Basic graphic editing skills (e.g., Canva or Photoshop) is an advantage.
