Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in Education, English, Mathematics, Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong command of English language and excellent communication skills.

• Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the subjects: English, Math, or Science.

• Previous teaching or tutoring experience, especially in an online setting, is highly desirable.

• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.

• Proficient in using digital tools, online learning platforms, and video conferencing software.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple students and lesson plans.

• Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students of various learning styles and levels.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong academic records and a passion for teaching may also apply.

• Experience with virtual tutoring platforms or e-learning tools is an advantage.

Working Hours
