As a Remote Tech Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance. Provide remote technical assistance to clients via chat, email, or phone.
Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a user-friendly manner.
Record customer interactions and document issues and resolutions accurately.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical support teams when necessary.
Ensure a positive customer experience through patience and professionalism.
Participate in continuous learning and upskilling through company-provided training.
Basic understanding of computers, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and internet troubleshooting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to patiently handle and resolve technical queries.
Willingness to learn new systems and tools quickly.
High level of attention to detail and time management.
Own a laptop/PC with stable internet connectivity for remote work.
Experience Level: Entry-Level / Freshers welcome.
No prior work experience required—training will be provided.
Internship or volunteering experience in customer service or IT support is a plus.
Flexible shifts available: Morning, Evening, and Night shifts.
Choose between part-time (4 hours/day) or full-time (8 hours/day) work schedules.
Weekend availability may be requested on a rotational basis.
Passion for helping others solve problems.
Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and follow standard procedures.
