Accurately fill out online forms and enter data as per provided instructions and templates.
Verify and validate information before submission to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to deadlines.
Report discrepancies or issues encountered during data entry to the supervisor promptly.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
Continuously update and organize data to maintain up-to-date records.
Collaborate with the team via online communication tools to clarify instructions or resolve issues.
Proficient in basic computer operations, including internet navigation and typing.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to follow instructions clearly and perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
Good command of the English language (reading and writing).
Basic knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel and Word is an advantage.
