The Elite Job is actively seeking a dedicated and proactive Online Customer Support Executive to provide high-quality support services to our customers through digital communication channels. This remote role is ideal for female candidates who are passionate about customer satisfaction, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive brand image. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their queries are resolved professionally and efficiently.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering empathetic, friendly, and effective support.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents appropriately.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify system issues, suggest solutions, and ensure seamless service delivery.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer data with care and professionalism.
Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar).
Fast typing speed with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
