The Elite Job is seeking enthusiastic and articulate women to join our remote customer service team as Telecallers. This work-from-home opportunity is ideal for housewives, stay-at-home moms, women returning to work, and freshers looking for a stable, supportive, and flexible work environment. As a Telecaller, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, resolving queries, promoting products/services, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products/services and address customer inquiries.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Record customer interactions, process orders, and document issues efficiently.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or customer queries.
Maintain call logs, records, and ensure follow-ups as needed.
Meet daily/weekly calling targets and provide timely updates to the team leader.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
Minimum 10th/12th pass or any graduate.
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi or English (regional language is a plus).
Confident, polite, and able to communicate clearly with customers.
Basic computer and smartphone literacy.
Quiet and distraction-free work environment at home.
0 to 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, BPO, or similar roles.
Freshers and women restarting their careers are highly encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in voice process roles will be an added advantage.
Flexible working hours: Choose between part-time (4 hours/day) or full-time (8 hours/day).
Shifts available between 9 AM to 7 PM IST, Monday to Saturday.
Sunday fixed off.
