The Elite Job is seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and driven Social Media Executive to join our remote team in a part-time capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, respond to, and interact with followers and messages in a timely and professional manner.

• Execute weekly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and brand tone.

• Analyze social media insights to identify trends, optimize engagement, and report on performance metrics.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and deliver consistent brand messaging.

• Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends.

• Propose and execute social media contests, giveaways, and interactive campaigns to boost audience engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• A deep understanding of key social media platforms and their best practices.

• Creative mindset with an eye for design, storytelling, and brand consistency.

• Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or similar.

• Knowledge of scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.

• Experience in content creation and managing social handles for a brand or business is preferred.

• Freshers with a strong portfolio and relevant skills are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

• Part-Time: 3 to 4 hours per day, 5 days a week.

• Flexible timing, but availability during key hours for team coordination is required.
