Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Online Product Listing Executive (Female-Only) to join our dynamic e-commerce team. This is a remote/work-from-home position designed for women who are passionate about digital retail, data accuracy, and product presentation. As a key member of our online operations, you will be responsible for managing and updating product listings across various e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy, attractiveness, and consistency. If you are meticulous, tech-savvy, and have a flair for e-commerce, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and others.

• Write compelling product titles and descriptions optimized for SEO and user engagement.

• Upload and categorize product images, ensuring quality and relevancy.

• Ensure accurate input of pricing, SKU codes, inventory levels, and variant details (color, size, etc.).

• Conduct regular audits of listings to ensure they are current and correctly represented.

• Collaborate with content, design, and operations teams for timely product launches and promotions.

• Monitor competitor listings and suggest improvements to enhance visibility and conversion.

• Report listing issues and coordinate with customer service for prompt resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or IT).

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Good command over English – both written and spoken.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic image editing tools.

• Familiarity with online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).

• SEO knowledge for product descriptions and keyword optimization is an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, product listing, or catalog management.

• Freshers with relevant internship experience or certification in e-commerce may also apply.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Work Type: Full-time, Remote/Work from Home

• Sunday: Fixed weekly off
