Job Summary

Progressive Technology is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Product Listing Executive to manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. This is a fully remote position suited for individuals who are enthusiastic about e-commerce operations, product data accuracy, and online sales optimization.

As a Product Listing Executive, you will be responsible for uploading and updating product information, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines, and improving visibility through SEO best practices. If you have a keen eye for detail and basic knowledge of online marketplaces, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and maintain product listings on Flipkart, Amazon, and other marketplaces.

• Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and bullet points for better visibility and ranking.

• Conduct quality checks to ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and aligned with platform policies.

• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements to increase sales and reduce returns.

• Coordinate with the content, design, and inventory teams to collect necessary listing information.

• Handle bulk uploads via templates and troubleshoot listing errors.

• Stay updated on the latest changes in marketplace algorithms and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, especially Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.

• Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets for bulk uploads and data management.

• Good written communication skills in English.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of product SEO is a plus.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in product listing, catalog management, or a related e-commerce role.

• Freshers with relevant skills are also encouraged to apply.

• Prior experience in Amazon/Flipkart listings will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible work-from-home schedule.

• Preferred availability during standard business hours (10 AM – 6 PM IST).

• Part-time or full-time options available.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of e-commerce ecosystem and consumer behavior.

• Familiarity with product categories like electronics, fashion, or home essentials is helpful.

• Basic image editing tools knowledge (Canva/Photoshop) is desirable.
