HR Service Jobs is seeking enthusiastic and tech-savvy individuals to join our growing Ecommerce support team as Remote Chat Support Agents. In this customer-facing role, you will provide real-time assistance to online shoppers via live chat, addressing inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This is a fully remote opportunity, ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people and want to grow within the Ecommerce industry.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via live chat
Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and navigating the Ecommerce platform
Resolve product or service complaints with empathy and efficiency
Document all interactions clearly in the CRM system
Collaborate with internal departments (shipping, tech, etc.) to resolve complex customer issues
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and product updates
Provide feedback on common issues to help improve services and platform performance
Excellent written English communication skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using live chat tools, CRMs, and basic Ecommerce platforms
Customer-first attitude with a calm and professional demeanor
Fast typing speed (minimum 40 WPM preferred)
Previous experience in customer service, especially chat support, is preferred but not mandatory
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for Ecommerce are welcome to apply
Flexible shifts available: Morning, Afternoon, Evening, and Night
Weekend and holiday availability may be required depending on volume
Full-time: 35–40 hours/week | Part-time: 15–25 hours/week
Familiarity with online shopping processes
Basic understanding of Ecommerce terms (orders, carts, returns, tracking, etc.)
Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve issues efficiently
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Quick learner who can adapt to new tools and platforms
