Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Online Market Research Analyst to support our growing operations in Nigeria. In this role, you will gather, analyze, and interpret data on market conditions, trends, and consumer behavior to help guide strategic decisions for clients across various industries. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online surveys, competitor research, and market trend analysis.

• Collect and interpret data using statistical tools and online platforms.

• Compile and present research findings in clear reports, charts, and presentations.

• Analyze customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits.

• Monitor industry developments, economic indicators, and regulatory changes.

• Assist in designing research methodologies and questionnaires tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between research and business goals.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend actionable insights.

• Maintain organized records of research data and ensure confidentiality and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Proficiency in using online survey tools (e.g., Google Forms, SurveyMonkey), spreadsheets, and data visualization software.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a simplified, business-friendly manner.

• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in market research, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.

• Fresh graduates with strong research projects or internship experience will also be considered.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with a requirement to meet weekly deliverables and deadlines.

• Availability for virtual team meetings as needed (typically within standard business hours).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Deep understanding of Nigerian consumer behavior and market trends.

• Familiarity with economic indicators, industry databases, and online research tools.
