HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Order Processing Clerk to join our growing e-commerce support team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing online orders from placement to fulfillment, ensuring a smooth and accurate process. As a remote team member, you will play a key role in supporting customers, updating systems, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely shipping — all from the comfort of your home.
Accurately process customer orders from various online platforms.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for stock replenishment.
Communicate order status, delivery updates, and delays to customers via email or chat.
Identify and resolve order discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
Enter order-related data into internal systems, ensuring 100% accuracy.
Work with the logistics team to track shipments and verify successful deliveries.
Generate order reports and summaries for internal use.
Ensure compliance with company policies and e-commerce operational standards.
High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus.
Proven ability to handle data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central).
Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel and order management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.
Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing, e-commerce operations, or a related administrative role.
Experience working remotely or in a virtual customer support setting is preferred.
Flexible remote working hours, with shifts available between 9 AM – 6 PM (local time).
Part-time and full-time opportunities available.
