Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Order Processing Clerk to join our growing e-commerce support team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing online orders from placement to fulfillment, ensuring a smooth and accurate process. As a remote team member, you will play a key role in supporting customers, updating systems, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely shipping — all from the comfort of your home.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process customer orders from various online platforms.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for stock replenishment.

  • Communicate order status, delivery updates, and delays to customers via email or chat.

  • Identify and resolve order discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.

  • Enter order-related data into internal systems, ensuring 100% accuracy.

  • Work with the logistics team to track shipments and verify successful deliveries.

  • Generate order reports and summaries for internal use.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and e-commerce operational standards.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus.

  • Proven ability to handle data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central).

  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Excel and order management systems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.


Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing, e-commerce operations, or a related administrative role.

  • Experience working remotely or in a virtual customer support setting is preferred.


Working Hours

  • Flexible remote working hours, with shifts available between 9 AM – 6 PM (local time).

  • Part-time and full-time opportunities available.

  • Weekend availability may be required during high-demand periods.
