HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Social Media Content Scheduler to manage the timely distribution of social media content across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital engagement rhythms and can consistently deliver content that aligns with marketing goals, brand tone, and audience expectations. You will collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure accurate scheduling, coordination, and execution of social media campaigns.
Schedule and publish social media posts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
Collaborate with content creators and designers to gather approved posts, captions, hashtags, and creative assets.
Maintain a detailed content calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and campaign deadlines.
Monitor and adjust post timing based on performance analytics, audience insights, or real-time events.
Coordinate with the engagement team to support campaigns, contests, announcements, or live events.
Ensure all posts are proofread, error-free, and compliant with brand guidelines.
Troubleshoot posting errors or platform scheduling glitches.
Maintain organized archives of past scheduled content and performance logs.
Proven experience managing or scheduling content for social media accounts.
Familiarity with scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social, or native platform tools.
Solid understanding of major social platforms formats and publishing norms.
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for grammar and brand voice.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced remote environment.
1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing, content scheduling, or social media management role preferred.
Freelance or internship experience with hands-on social scheduling also considered.
Flexible working hours with daily or weekly publishing commitments.
Must be available for occasional team check-ins or time-sensitive campaign launches.
Part-time (15–25 hrs/week) or full-time (30–40 hrs/week) based on availability and performance.
