HR Service Jobs is seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Remote WhatsApp Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing WhatsApp-based marketing campaigns to support brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities

• Automate routine messages using WhatsApp Business API and relevant CRM tools.

• Respond to customer queries received through WhatsApp promptly and professionally.

• Stay updated on the latest WhatsApp marketing trends and tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in using WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp API tools.

• Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail.

• Ability to create concise and persuasive messages tailored to target audiences.

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Meta Business Suite.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, customer engagement, or social media coordination.

• Prior experience in WhatsApp or mobile messaging campaigns is highly desirable.

• Experience working in remote teams is a plus.

Working Hours

• Flexible work schedule with availability during core team hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday.

• Must be responsive during key campaign launches or special promotions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• In-depth knowledge of WhatsApp Business features, limitations, and user engagement best practices.

• Basic graphic design or video editing skills using tools like Canva, InShot, or Adobe Spark is a plus.

• Understanding of consumer behavior, marketing funnels, and conversion strategies via mobile messaging.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and improve campaign performance.

• Ability to maintain professionalism in high-volume message distribution and support environments.
