Key Responsibilities

  • Explain the purpose of the call clearly and professionally, encouraging engagement or participation.

  • Answer questions and provide relevant information about community services and programs.

  • Accurately record call outcomes and feedback in the provided database or CRM system.

  • Follow scripts and guidelines while adapting communication style to each individual.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to report call metrics, trends, or community concerns.

  • Uphold a high standard of integrity, respect, and empathy in all conversations.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

  • Clear and professional phone etiquette.

  • Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and discretion.

  • Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM tools.

  • Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote setting.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.


Experience

  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, community engagement, or outreach is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

  • Flexible part-time and full-time shifts available.

  • Typical calling hours fall between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

  • Evening shifts available for specific campaigns.

  • Ability to manage call logs and maintain accurate records.
