Progressive Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Remote Email Feedback Analyst to join our dynamic customer experience and quality assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, categorizing, and interpreting customer feedback received via email. Monitor and analyze incoming customer feedback through email platforms.
Classify and tag emails based on themes, sentiments, urgency, and relevance.
Identify trends, common issues, and areas for improvement from email data.
Collaborate with customer service, product, and quality assurance teams to relay actionable insights.
Draft and summarize weekly or monthly reports highlighting customer pain points and satisfaction drivers.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of email data.
Follow escalation protocols for high-priority or sensitive messages.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and internal communication policies.
Strong written communication and comprehension skills.
High attention to detail with a keen eye for patterns and inconsistencies.
Proficient in using email platforms (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
Ability to remain objective and analytical when reviewing feedback.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively in a remote setting.
0–2 years of experience in data analysis, customer service, content moderation, or a related field.
Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Flexible scheduling available (20–40 hours per week).
Shifts can be adjusted based on the analysts time zone and preference.
Availability during core business hours (9 AM–6 PM, Monday to Friday) is a plus but not mandatory.
Familiarity with customer feedback systems, CRMs, or ticketing tools (preferred but not required).
Basic understanding of customer experience metrics (e.g., CSAT, NPS).
Ability to work with confidential information responsibly.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
