Job Description

Amazon is hiring remote Customer Service Associates to support its global customer base. As the voice of Amazon, you will provide timely and accurate support via phone, chat, or email to address order-related inquiries, returns, payments, and more — all from the comfort of your home.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer questions and concerns via phone, chat, or email

  • Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, product returns, and account information

  • Maintain a positive and professional tone with each interaction

  • Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
