Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Remote Job Research Assistant to support our expanding workforce services team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, verifying, and organizing job opportunities from various sources to support our job-seeking clients. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone with strong research abilities, organizational skills, and a passion for helping others succeed in their careers.
Research and compile a daily list of new job openings across multiple sectors and geographies using online platforms and job boards.
Analyze job descriptions to match with candidate profiles.
Categorize job roles by industry, job level, and requirements to maintain a structured database.
Verify the authenticity of job listings and ensure data accuracy.
Collaborate with consultants to understand hiring trends and tailor job research accordingly.
Provide concise summaries of key job requirements and qualifications.
Assist in maintaining up-to-date records and job tracking systems.
Support the team in identifying high-quality leads for job placement initiatives.
Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent online research and data analysis skills.
Strong written and verbal communication in English.
Proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets, and job research tools.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and organization.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
0 to 2 years of experience in research, data entry, job support services, or a similar role.
Freshers with excellent research and organizational skills are welcome to apply.
Flexible working schedule available.
Minimum 20 hours/week commitment required.
